Malling Roast Truffles.

After weeks of searching for affordable empty advent calendars for my coffee, I found a supplier. In my excitement I forgot to look at the dimensions of each day slot🤦🏻‍♂️😩. Fortunately I only ordered 20 boxes and having learnt that I couldn’t even get enough coffee into each slot for a single shot I decided to put chocolate into the minuscule slots 😎. I found some recipe’s for coffee liqueur using vodka and rum and my solar roasted coffee. Next I found easy recipe’s for truffles and fudge.

Here is the first effort and on first impression I need to age the liqueur a bit to get the coffee and spirits to shine through. Only a week of practice to go😳.
