Grown at altitudes between 1400 & 1600m this Kenyan bean is a rare single-origin specialty coffee made from a naturally occurring mutation where a coffee cherry develops a single, rounded bean instead of the usual two flat-sided ones. 
Bright, fruit-forward acidity with distinct notes of citrus, blackcurrant, dark chocolate, and a sweet, caramel-like finish.
