A thought-out review makes it all worth while

A massive thanks to Billy and Hannah for taking the time to review each of our coffee's, which they drink as an espresso. Can't wait to see what they think of our new arrival, Cuba Serrano Superior. As an espresso its very rich, as a Cappuccino it cuts right through the milk in a very pleasant way.

Its been amazing hearing the feedback over the two years and educational for me. I've been amazed at the reaction to the different beans. I'm roasting using the same profile for each coffee, except the Old Brown Java, to give my coffee connoisseur's a taste of the different coffee growing regions.
